Idea Telemarketer Registration Process

I. There shall be a National Telemarketer Register established and maintained by an agency authorized by TRAI
II. The National Telemarketer Register shall contain,- a. the details of the telemarketer such as registration date, application number and registration number; b. the details of the fees deposited by the telemarketer; c. the details of the telecom resources allotted to a telemarketer; d. the number of notices, along with the date of such notices, served upon the telemarketer by the Access Providers for sending unsolicited commercial communication; e. the date of blacklisting of telemarketer as specified in regulation 18, if applicable; f. other details as may be specified by the Authority, from time to time.
III. The registration of TM shall be valid for a period of three years unless revoked earlier
IV. All TM have to register online, they can also make payment of the necessary fees either online or offline. TM’s already registered will also have to re-register.
V. A TM may after registration with TRAI apply for telecom resource from one or more access providers. The application form should contain all necessary details and shall be accompanied by CAF.

GSM Gateway caters specifically to the requirement of medium to large enterprises with large number of extensions and EPABX installation. Idea GSM PRI Gateway is the solution for cost effective direct connection to the mobile network. Idea Vehicle Tracking System

VTS enables businesses to keep track of their fleets of vehicles through a VTS unit installed in a vehicle. VTS unit has a GPS device (to take the location coordinates), GSM modem (which is programmed to initiate an outgoing SMS / GPRS session) and a GSM SIM card. The GPS receiver captures position data from the satellites, computes the position of the vehicle and sends this information to a central base station, using SMS / GPRS. How to configure MTNL 3G data card

Insert the activated HSDPA SIM Card in the SIM slot of the the Data Card. Insert the Data Card in the USB port of your PC/Laptop. Your desktop/laptop will detect and recognize the new hardware and start installing data card software automatically. Follow the prompts of the installation wizard. After software is installed, a shortcut icon will be displayed on the desktop. The APN is default for postpaid users which is gprsmtnlmum. MTNL IPTV service

TV service delivered using IP (Internet Protocol) technology by encoding the TV channels in IP format and delivered to your TV using a Set Top Box (STB). The IPTV Service also includes Video on Demand Services which is similar to watching Video CD's / DVD's using a VCD / DVD player. Movies, Instructional Videos and other content shall be available to customers in the IPTV Services. All the three services work together. 1. Normal Telephone Service 2. Broadband Internet service 3. IPTV service. TV and Content Head End - Where the TV channels are received and encoded. Also other content (Video's) are stored at Head End. MTNL has signed agreement for this with M/s Aksh Broadband. Delivery network - Which is MTNL's Broadband network and MTNL's telephone line. (Landline). Set Top Box (STB) The Set Top Box is required at the customer location for converting the IP signal back to TV signal. The STB shall be connected between MTNL Broadband Modem and customer's TV. The STB shall be provided by M/s Aksh in case of existing Triband. M/s Aksh shall also provide single port ADSL modem, in case of IPTV provisioning on either existing landline or on copper pair without landline. To avail this service Triband is not a must. It can be provisioned with or without land line (exclusively on copper pair).

This service allows the subscriber to place calls from any normal access interface to any destination number and have the cost of these calls charged to the account specified by the virtual card calling (VCC) number, which does not refer either to the calling line or the called line. Virtual card calling service is an access code based service. All Virtual card calls are preceded by the access code 160222. After dialling the access code, the subscriber is prompted to enter the virtual card number followed by the destination number . The virtual cards can be used for making Local, National and international calls. 1. Card Number : Card number is a 10-digit number printed in the confidential area and becomes visible when the card is opened up. Since the card number is electronically printed, no body else knows it. 2. PSN Number : It is a number printed on the face of VCC card. It should be used for any correspondence regarding VCC service/complaints. 3. Validity Period : Validity Period is the period up to which the VCC card is valid.For using the card, subscriber must activate the card by dialing Activation Code 1609 22. The validity period starts from the date of activation of the card.

Upto 100 VoIP connections be allowed to be given on a single Broadband line. In case of multiple VoIP the customer can opt for any combination of VoIP plans for the number of connections ordered. The existing installation charges+rental+ATA rental as per the existing VoIP tariff per VoIP connection will be chargeed in addition to the charges for broadband internet plan opted by the subscriber.No discount for the same is proposed. If the customer wants to use the broadbanmd connection in above case only for VoIP he may opt for a broadband plan with (Zero charges for internet service+Rs. 80/- for modem charge )+(Inmstallation/charges/ATA charges as per the VoIP plan)opted.Internet will not be provided in this case.
