To subscribe to Video Mail services:
Step 1: SMS "ACT VIDEOMAIL" to 121
Step 2: On confirmation of subscription Divert Calls to Video Mailbox Number 9034155003 from the handset
To retrieve Video Mail:
Step 1: Dial 5333333
Step 2: Press Options
Step 3: Select Video Call from Call Options
Step 4: Video Call Placed
Step 5: Retrieve new mail using DTMF
Step 6: Video Mail Plays
To retrieve Video Mails please make a video call to 5333333 and use DTMF inputs to view new mails. After retrieving the new Video Mails you can then select the option to save, delete or view the detail information of the video message, which includes calling number, the deposited date and time of new message.
